Data Deletion Policy

1. Overview

Buji Development Corporation ("Agent Midas," "we," "us," or "our") respects your right to control your personal data. This policy describes how we process data deletion requests received from third-party platforms, including Facebook (Meta), and directly from subscribers.

2. Facebook Data Deletion

In compliance with Facebook Platform Terms, Agent Midas provides an automated data deletion callback. When you remove Agent Midas from your Facebook account, the following process is initiated:

• Facebook sends a signed data deletion request to our secure endpoint
• We verify the authenticity of the request using cryptographic signature validation
• A confirmation code is generated and returned to Facebook for your records
• All data associated with your Facebook account is queued for permanent deletion
• Deletion is completed within 30 days of the request
• An email confirmation is sent upon completion (if an email address is on file)

3. What Data Is Deleted

When a Facebook data deletion request is processed, we remove:

• Your Facebook identity link and authentication tokens
• Any profile information imported from Facebook (name, email, profile photo)
• Social media connection records associated with your Facebook account
• Content syndication settings linked to Facebook

Note: If you have an active Agent Midas subscription with data not linked to Facebook (e.g., manually entered CRM contacts, uploaded documents, chat history), that data is retained under your subscriber account. To request full account deletion, see Section 5 below.

4. Checking Deletion Status

After submitting a deletion request through Facebook, you will receive a confirmation code. You can check the status of your request at:

Enter your confirmation code to view the current status of your deletion request, including the estimated completion date.

5. Direct Deletion Requests

If you are an Agent Midas subscriber and wish to delete your entire account and all associated data, you may submit a request through any of the following methods:

• Email: [email protected] with subject "Data Deletion Request"
• Dashboard: Settings → Privacy → Delete My Account
• Chat: Ask Agent Midas "I want to delete my account"

Direct deletion requests are processed within 30 days in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA.

6. Data Retention

Certain data may be retained beyond the deletion period where required by law, including:

• Financial transaction records (retained for 7 years per IRS requirements)
• Commission payout records (retained for tax reporting compliance)
• Fraud prevention records (retained as required by Stripe and payment processor agreements)
